What does it taste like?

Craft brewed in small batches on organic green and black tea, then built around yuzu, a Japanese citrus that is sharper than lemon and more perfumed than mandarin. Lightly sparkling from the ferment rather than heavily carbonated. Bright and tart up front, with the tea holding a dry edge underneath. Good straight from the can, better over ice.
