What does it taste like?

Traditionally fermented on loose leaf green and black tea, then finished with strawberry and pineapple. Lightly sparkling rather than aggressively fizzy, with the natural carbonation of the ferment. Ripe strawberry leads, pineapple brings the tang, and the tea keeps a dry edge underneath so it never reads as a soft drink. Live cultures, no sweeteners.
