Des arômes de fruits tropicaux ouvrent le bal — mangue, fruit de la passion et goyave — soutenus par l'abricot lumineux et l'écorce d'orange. En bouche, sensation douce et veloutée, traversée par une acidité lactique nette, équilibrée par un fruit à noyau mûr et une pointe subtile de sel marin qui relève l'ensemble.
